- • demonstrate genuine interest in teaching and dedication to helping students learn
- • have sound knowledge of Chinese language and literacy
- • be a native Mandarin speaker with neutral accent
- • demonstrate good English communication skills (IELTS 6.5 and above)
- • be able to design course outline and work independently in a supportive team environment
- • be an energized person who loves working with children of different background
- • be organized, responsible and hard working
- • be university graduate, preferable majoring in education, literacy, media and communication
- • have DBS certificate, preferable with language teaching experience
